The hotel offers efficiently designed, very clean, and quite comfortable rooms, although the furniture appears dated with some stains. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with misinformation. The location is good, especially for accessing the main high street with various dining and shopping options. The dining experience was decent, with mostly international food options but lacking variety and slightly expensive.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though not exactly as portrayed in the pictures, were clean, modern, and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the location felt secluded and far from amenities. The friendly and helpful service from Shaheda and the team made a significant difference, but the dining options were not up to par for a 5-star experience.

The service, from the friendly receptionist to the attentive staff, was welcoming, but the room size was a bit of a letdown, especially compared to other 5-star hotels. The dining experience could have been better considering the high prices for the quality offered.

On the plus side, the rooms were small but exceptionally clean throughout my stay.

The hotel is in a good location in Ataşehir district with easy access to major roads and nearby restaurants. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, offering a pleasant stay. The service was exceptional, especially with Ertug from the reception going above and beyond to assist us. However, the dining experience fell short with limited options for certain specialties. Overall, it was a clean, friendly, and convenient stay at a reasonable price.
